Heather L. Mason has served as a member of our supervisory board since 2020 and, after the implementation of our one-tier board structure as of July 1, 2021, currently serves as a non-executive director.
From 1990 to 2017, Heather L. Mason served in various leadership positions at Abbott Laboratories, Inc., including as Executive Vice President, Corporate Officer of Abbott Nutrition and as Senior Vice President, Corporate Officer of Abbott Diabetes Care. In addition to serving on Immatics' Board, she serves on the board of directors of Assertio Therapeutics, Inc., ConvaTec Group plc, Pendulum Therapeutics, Inc. and SCA Pharmaceuticals, LLC.
Heather L. Mason holds a B.S.E. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
