Ephraim Hofsäß, M.Sc.
Senior Director SEC Reporting and Accounting
Ephraim Hofsäß joined Immatics in December 2019 and is responsible for External Reporting including all reportings to the SEC. His responsibilities also include tax compliance and tax structuring.
Ephraim has been focusing on financial reporting and taxation during his professional life. Before joining Immatics, he worked as a Manager in the Assurance department at Ernst&Young, being responsible for both financial audits of listed and non-listed companies as well as for accounting advisory services.
Ephraim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Marburg as well as Master’s degree in Accounting and Taxation from the University of Mannheim. During his time at Ernst&Young, he also held the German CPA (Wirtschaftsprüfer).
