We are currently seeking a
Scientist TCR Bispecifics
to support our team dedicated to the discovery and validation of bispecific T cell engaging receptor (TCER®) molecules. You will work in Tübingen (Germany) in an interdisciplinary environment with colleagues from all research and development departments. Your analytical reasoning and action-oriented style as well as your organization and communication skills will contribute to the team’s success.

Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following tasks:
- Analysis and evaluation of binding interactions of bispecific TCER® molecules and antibody-based bispecifics directed against peptide:HLA targets
- Characterization of efficacy and selectivity parameters of bispecific TCER® molecules and antibody-based bispecifics and validation of their mode-of-action using different in vitro assay systems
- Professional leadership and management of lab operations and staff
- Scientific interaction with leaders of internal and external projects and support of Quality Management including generation and review of Standard Operating Procedures
Your Profile
You hold a PhD degree in life sciences. Ideally, you have gained insights into functional characterization of protein therapeutics including affinity measurements via bio-layer interferometry or alternative technologies. Knowledge in immunology or oncology is an advantage. Your competence and experience and your excellent communication skills enable you to successfully contribute to developing cancer immunotherapies. You are interested in translating science into clinical applications, and you take careful processing and documentation of your results for granted.
