Oliver Ebert, M.D.

Oliver Ebert joined Immatics Biotechnologies GmbH in November 2021 in the Clinical Development department. He is a board-certified internist and gastroenterologist with long-standing clinical and scientific expertise in gastrointestinal oncology. Before he spent several years at Amgen Germany working in several therapeutic areas within Medical Affairs including inflammation and oncology. Oliver worked for 10+ years as a practicing physician and research group leader at the Klinikum rechts der Isar der Technischen Universität München. Before that he completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Department of Gene and Cell Medicine at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York. During his academic career he published over 40 peer-reviewed manuscripts and was recipient of several research grants and recognitions. Oliver gained his M.D. from Humboldt University of Berlin and holds an Adjunct Professorship of Medicine at Technische Universität München.
