Desmond Cabrera joined Immatics in October 2025 and leads Site Management, Sample Management and Technology for the company’s Global Clinical Operations teams.
Throughout his career, Desmond has led Global Project Management and Clinical Operations at leading Clinical Research Organizations, overseeing cell and gene therapy, oncology and rare disease programs. He is recognized for building high-performing teams, strengthening client partnerships and implementing scalable governance models that enhance quality, delivery and financial performance.
