Ali Mohamed, Ph.D.

Senior Vice President CMC

Ali Mohamed, Ph.D.

Ali Mohamed joined Immatics in May 2016 and is responsible for all aspects of process development and GMP manufacturing of Immatics T-cell products.

Previously, Ali held CMC related roles in multiple CMOs and clinical stage biotechnology companies in the field of cell & gene therapies. His previous role was at Hitachi PCT in Allendale NJ as senior director of GMP manufacturing and manufacturing development. Prior to joining Hitachi PCT, Ali held the role of director of GMP manufacturing and process development at AlloCure, a clinical stage company developing cell-based therapies for acute kidney injury. Prior to that Ali was the senior management of process development at Lonza in Walkersville, MD helping various cell therapy companies with developing cell-based products for various diseases. Ali also held scientist/senior scientist positions at a few small biotechnology companies including Neurologic (Rockville, MD), Psychiatric Genomics (Gaithersburg, MD), and Osiris Therapeutics (Baltimore, MD).

Ali Mohamed holds a PhD in Biomedical Sciences with concentration of Pharmacology from the University of Toledo (formerly Medical College of Ohio), postdoctoral training from the Georgetown Institute of Cognitive and Computation Sciences (GICCS) in Washington, DC, and Bachelor in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the Cairo University in Egypt.

Amie Krause

Amie Krause

Amie Krause has served as Chief People Officer of Immatics since 2025. In this role, she leads Human Resources, overseeing organizational development and HR operations to support the company’s transition into a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical organization.

Amie brings over 20 years of human resources leadership experience in shaping culture, leading organizational growth and aligning talent with business strategy. Her career includes work across the global biopharmaceutical industry as well as in the field of cell therapy, including Dompé, Revance Therapeutics and Atara Biotherapeutics. Earlier in her career, Amie spent more than a decade at Amgen, holding senior HR leadership roles across global commercial operations in the Americas, Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.

Amie Krause holds a B.S. in Business Management and an MBA from California Lutheran University.

Andrea Mayer-Mokler, Ph.D.

Vice President Global Head of Clinical Sciences

Andrea Mayer-Mokler, Ph.D.

Andrea Mayer-Mokler joined Immatics in September 2005 and is responsible for Clinical Development and Clinical Operations in Europe.

Andrea has been in clinical development/operations all her professional life with increasing responsibilities. After University she joined Merck Sharp & Dohme working as Manager Clinical Research on various indications. Thereafter she moved to Igeneon and entered the field of cancer immunotherapies. 14 years ago, Andrea joined Immatics as the first Clinical Study Director being responsible for several international cancer vaccine trials and leading the cross-functional project teams. She is currently responsible for clinical development of the ACT trials which are being conducted in US and Europe and clinical operations in Europe.

Andrea Mayer-Mokler holds a PhD in Tumor biology and Oncology from the Medical University of Vienna, a Master of Biotechnology from the University of Agricultural Sciences of Vienna and a MBA from the Webster University, Vienna, Austria.

Andy Deig, MBA

Senior Vice President Finance

Andy Deig, MBA

Andy Deig joined Immatics in March 2026 and brings over 18 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry.

Prior to joining Immatics, he served as Senior Vice President, Strategic Finance at Immunovant where he led strategic planning, facilitated equity financings of ~$0.9B, and oversaw the procurement function, which enabled significant growth of the organization and clinical development pipeline execution. Previously, as Vice President, FP&A and Chief of Staff to the CEO, he led financial planning, orchestrated executive leadership team operations, drove key corporate initiatives and spearheaded Board of Directors engagement. Prior to Immunovant, Andy spent over a decade at Eli Lilly and Company in progressive financial and commercial roles spanning R&D, manufacturing, marketing and sales.

Andy Deig holds an MBA in Healthcare Sector Management from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in economics and German from Wabash College.

Anja Urban

Vice President Clinical Operations EU

Anja Urban

Anja Urban joined Immatics in July 2021 and is responsible for clinical trial leadership and strategy within Clinical Operations. She also serves as a Clinical Operations Lead for the late-stage development of anzu-cel (IMA203).

Previously, Anja supported clinical trials in the field of clinical operations when she started working for a central imaging CRO. She then moved on to several full-service CROs, where she managed complex oncology projects. She has also worked in account management and business development, supporting pharmaceutical companies in implementing clinical trials.

Anja Urban completed training as a physician assistant and as a medical technical assistant in radiology.

Carsten Reinhardt, M.D. Ph.D.

Carsten Reinhardt, M.D. Ph.D.

Carsten Reinhardt has served as Chief Development Officer of Immatics since 2020 and as Chief Medical Officer from 2009 to 2020. Carsten leads Immatics’ Product Development Strategy and our TCR Bispecifics platform and pipeline as well as the Immunology and Translational Development functions.

Prior to joining Immatics, Carsten served as Chief Medical Officer of Micromet Inc., where he was leading the development of the Bispecific T cell Engager (BiTE) platform and was instrumental in the company becoming public on Nasdaq and in various deals and transactions finally leading to the acquisition by Amgen. Prior to this, Carsten was International Medical Leader at Hoffmann-La Roche and Head of Clinical Development of Fresenius Biotech GmbH and held various academic medical positions and worked at the University of Tübingen and Max Planck Institute, Munich to complete his curriculum in Neurology.

Carsten is a Visiting Professor for Pharmaceutical Medicine at the University of Basel and has co-authored more than 40 publications in peer-reviewed journals, including Nature, Science, Nature Medicine, Lancet, Journal of Clinical Oncology, Cancer Research and Journal of Experimental Medicine. Carsten holds an M.D. from the University of Munich and a Ph.D. in cellular immunology from the Institute of Immunology in Munich.

Cedrik Britten, M.D.

Cedrik Britten, M.D.

Cedrik Britten has served as Chief Medical Officer of Immatics since 2020, assuming leadership for the management and global clinical development of our adoptive cell therapy and TCR Bispecifics pipeline from first testing in humans to registration trials, including managing regulatory affairs.

Cedrik served as Vice President and Head of the Oncology Cell Therapy Research Unit of GlaxoSmithKline plc from 2015 to 2020, being responsible for building the Oncology Cell Therapy Unit and driving the strategy and establishing the end-to-end capabilities required to research and develop innovative cell therapies in oncology. Prior to that, Cedrik served as Vice President of Research and Development of BioNTech RNA Pharmaceuticals GmbH.

Cedrik holds an M.D. from the University Medical Center of the Johannes-Gutenberg University.

Claudia Blattner, Ph.D.

Claudia Blattner, Ph.D.

Claudia Blattner joined Immatics in September 2015. Her responsibilities include the full range of Immatics’ Business Development and Partnering efforts.

Claudia joined Immatics from Novumed Life Sciences Consulting (now part of EY), where she held a position as consultant focusing on the generation of business insights and the development of strategic growth opportunities for Biotech and Pharma companies.

Claudia previously spent several years at the Scripps Research Institute in La Jolla, CA, USA conducting research aimed at the development of vaccines for HIV.

Claudia Blattner holds a PhD in Biochemistry from the Ludwig-Maximilians University Munich and a Diploma in Chemistry from the Albert-Ludwigs University in Freiburg.

Claudia Wagner, Ph.D.

Vice President TCR Research (TCR Discovery & TCR Delivery and Validation)

Claudia Wagner, Ph.D.

Claudia joined Immatics in 2012. She is a passionate leader in cancer research, dedicating her career to harnessing the power of the immune system to combat diseases. Claudia is a part of the Discovery Unit leadership team at Immatics, shaping research and innovation.

In her role, she focuses on the development of novel T-cell receptor (TCR) based immunotherapies for cancer treatment. She is responsible for TCR discovery on the XCEPTOR® platform. With multiple teams in her two departments "TCR Delivery and Validation", she covers platform development, TCR identification and characterization, cell engineering approaches for adoptive cell therapy as well as IND-enabling efficacy and safety studies.

Claudia holds an M.Sc. in Biomedicine and a Ph.D. in Immunology from the Karolinska Institute, Sweden and completed a postdoctoral training in Immunobiology at Yale University, USA.

Delfi Krishna, Ph.D.

Delfi Krishna, Ph.D.

Delfi Krishna joined Immatics in January 2021 and is responsible for the late-stage development of cell therapies. She leads a cross-functional medicine development team to bring autologous cell therapies to market.

Delfi has nearly 20 years of experience contributing to 15 biologics and 11 different cell therapies from discovery to commercialization. During her Ph.D. at Georgia Institute of Technology, she designed efficient and targeted retroviral and lentiviral vectors for gene delivery in human cells. After completing her postdoctoral research, Delfi joined GlaxoSmithKline, where she led large matrix teams to drive process development, product strategy and regulatory submissions for several monoclonal antibodies, domain antibodies and antibody drug conjugates. Delfi executed strategies to reduce costs, increase agility and shaped the technology, portfolio, organizational and talent strategy for the cell therapy business unit.

Delfi Krishna recently completed her MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management. She strives to inspire colleagues to deliver innovative medicines to patients while fostering growth, confidence and promoting a fun boundary breaking environment.

Dominik Maurer, Ph.D.

Senior Vice President, Co-Head Immatics Discovery Unit, Tübingen Site Head

Dominik Maurer, Ph.D.

Dominik Maurer joined Immatics Biotechnologies GmbH in 2008.

For over 15 years, Dominik has been a leader in the field of cancer immunotherapy, specializing in human T-cell biology. He invented and developed Immatics' T-Cell Receptor (TCR) technology platform, XCEPTOR®, alongside his team. This platform enables the rapid and efficient discovery, engineering, and qualification of numerous high-affinity, high-specificity TCRs for use in Adoptive Cell Therapies (i.e., ACTengine® and ACTallo®) or TCER® bispecifics.

Dominik co-leads the Immatics Discovery Unit, where he shapes research and innovation. He is the inventor of over 25 patents and patent applications and has co-authored more than 10 publications in peer-reviewed journals, including Nature, Nature Medicine, Science Immunology, Immunity, and Lancet Oncology.

Dominik Maurer gained his Ph.D. in Immunology from the University of Tübingen, Germany.

Edward Sturchio, J.D.

General Counsel

Edward Sturchio, J.D.

Edward Sturchio joined Immatics in June 2020 and as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Immatics, is responsible for all legal and compliance matters within the organization.

He brings over 20 years of expertise as an accomplished executive and lawyer, with an extensive background in corporate, securities and life sciences matters. He previously served as SVP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Abeona Therapeutics Inc. from July 2019 to February 2020. Prior to Abeona, he served as Global General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Advanced Accelerator Applications S.A., a Novartis company (AAA), from February 2016 to August 2018, where he was responsible for worldwide legal, compliance and intellectual property functions across 22 sites in 13 countries. Before joining AAA, he worked in the Corporate & Securities and Life Sciences departments of Greenberg Traurig LLP and Day Pitney LLP.

Edward Sturchio has written and lectured extensively in the corporate and life sciences areas. Mr. Sturchio holds a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and a B.A. in psychology from Villanova University.

Ephraim Hofsäß, M.Sc.

Ephraim Hofsäß, M.Sc.

Ephraim Hofsäß joined Immatics in December 2019. His responsibilities include Internal Controls System management in accordance with SOX404 and tax compliance.

Ephraim has been focusing on financial reporting and taxation during his professional life. Before joining Immatics, he worked as a Manager in the Assurance department at Ernst&Young, overseeing both financial audits of listed and non-listed companies as well as accounting advisory services.

Ephraim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Marburg and a Master’s degree in Accounting and Taxation from the University of Mannheim. During his time at Ernst&Young, he also held the German CPA (Wirtschaftsprüfer).

Ernest Leek

Ernest Leek

Ernest Leek joined Immatics in July 2025 and is responsible for developing commercial analytics capabilities, optimizing go-to-market planning and facilitating data-driven decision-making across all stages of launch readiness.

With over two decades of leadership experience in data, analytics and commercial strategy across the U.S. and European biopharmaceutical industries, Ernest has a proven track record of driving launch excellence and building high-performing teams in oncology, cell therapy and rare diseases. He has led analytics and insights functions at organizations such as Akero Therapeutics, Mirati Therapeutics, Iovance Biotherapeutics, Prothena, InterMune and Amgen.

Ernest Leek holds a master's in business administration from the University of Seattle.

Harpreet Singh, Ph.D.

Chief Executive Officer

Harpreet Singh, Ph.D.

Dr. Harpreet Singh is Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board at Immatics (NASDAQ: IMTX), a clinical-stage biotechnology company and the global leader in precision targeting of PRAME. PRAME is a target expressed in more than 50 cancers and Immatics has the broadest PRAME franchise with the most PRAME indications and modalities, spanning cell therapies and bispecifics.

Dr. Harpreet Singh brings together leadership experience, scientific expertise and innovation in T-cell based immunotherapy of advanced solid cancers. He has played a critical role in developing Immatics from a start-up into a global, publicly listed biopharma enterprise, leading a team of more than 500 people based in the US and Germany, committed to making a meaningful impact on the lives of patients with cancer.

Dr. Singh holds a PhD in immunology from the University of Tuebingen, Germany.

Jason Braun, MEM MBA

Jason Braun, MEM MBA

Jason Braun joined Immatics in January 2024 and is responsible for the commercial strategy of Immatics’ TCR-based product candidates.

Having worked in the biotech and pharma industry for 20+ years, Jason joins Immatics with considerable experience in the commercialization of oncology drug candidates. Throughout his career, Jason worked at several mid-to-large-size companies including Amgen, Dendreon, Pharmacyclics (Abbvie) and Kite Pharma (Gilead), among others. As Senior Director of Marketing, Hematology & Oncology at Kite, he led the US marketing team through the launch of YESCARTA™, the first autologous CAR-T therapy for adults with certain types of lymphoma. YESCARTA™ was granted FDA breakthrough designation and accelerated approval.

Jason has an MBA from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, a Masters in Engineering Management, Manufacturing and Operations from Northwestern University and a BsChE in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University.

Jeffrey Graybill

Vice President CMC Commercial Strategy

Jeffrey Graybill

Jeffrey Graybill joined Immatics in July 2025 and is responsible for the commercialization activities within the Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls (CMC) department to support the launch of anzu-cel and portfolio cell therapy programs.

With over two decades of experience in CMC and Operations roles in biotechnology, Jeffrey plays a key role in developing patient-focused CMC strategies for the commercialization of late-stage cell therapy clinical programs. His career includes cross-functional program management and leadership roles across Amgen, Juno Therapeutics (BMS) and Cargo Therapeutics. He also played a key role in the launch and early lifecycle of Breyanzi, BMS’s first cell therapy, and looks forward to applying these experiences to future cell therapy products.

Jeffrey Graybill holds a bachelor’s degree in Biological Engineering from Louisiana State University and a master's degree in Bioscience from Keck Graduate Institute.

Jennifer Chang

Vice President Launch Excellence Strategy and Operations

Jennifer Chang

Jennifer Chang joined Immatics in April 2026 and is responsible for leading the launch strategy, planning and execution of its first anticipated commercial product, Anzu-cel (IMA-203). Her scope includes driving pre-launch readiness across key functions and launch activities with strategic alignment and operational excellence.

She brings more than 20 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry across commercialization and launch leadership, with deep experience in oncology and cell therapy. Jennifer has spent her career advancing healthcare through commercialization of innovative therapies and by building and leading high performing teams. Prior to joining Immatics, she held roles at Biogen, Gen Probe, GlaxoSmithKline, Amgen, PwC Health Industries Advisory and Iovance Biotherapeutics.

Jennifer Chang holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, an MPH from USC Keck School of Medicine and a B.S. in Biochemistry/Cell Biology from UCSD.

Jens Fritsche

Vice President Data Intelligence

Jens Fritsche

Jens joined Immatics in April 2007 and heads the Bioinformatics Department which contributes to Immatics’ preclinical and clinical research by providing expertise in data and analytics. He is a part of the Discovery Unit leadership team at Immatics, shaping research and innovation.

Jens introduced quantitative immunopeptidomics to XPRESIDENT® a decade ago. Since then, he and his team have continuously extended Immatics' immunoinformatics platform XCUBE™ with cutting-edge methods from computational mass-spectrometry and next-generation sequencing while facilitating ongoing data growth and value generation using data engineering and data science.

Jens is an inventor on many patents and co-authored publications in the cancer immunology field in prestigious peer-reviewed journals including Nature, Lancet Oncology and Immunological Reviews. He studied computer science (Bioinformatics) at the University of Tuebingen, Germany.

John Hermanek, MBA

Vice President Global Market Access and Government Affairs

John Hermanek, MBA

John Hermanek joined Immatics in April 2025 and is responsible for the company’s global planning and execution of all market access and government affairs activities as the company advances its TCR-based product candidates towards commercialization.

John is an accomplished commercial biopharmaceutical executive with over 20 years of leadership experience across the U.S. and global markets. He has led high-performing Commercial and Market Access teams focused on delivering impactful access solutions for patients and providers. His expertise spans pricing and reimbursement strategy, innovative contracting, payer marketing and health policy.

John brings a policy-informed perspective to market access, shaped by five years of public sector service with the State of Illinois and further developed in policy leadership roles at Amgen during key healthcare reform periods. Throughout his career, he has prioritized cross-functional collaboration and evidence planning to align payer needs with clinical value, supporting timely and appropriate access to new therapies across oncology, autoimmune, neurology and rare disease. His work is driven by a commitment to equitable access and outcomes-oriented strategies.

John Hermanek holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Northwestern University.

Jordan Silverstein

Head of Strategy

Jordan Silverstein

Jordan Silverstein joined Immatics in September 2019. He oversees the Investor Relations / Corporate Communications department of the organization.
Jordan has significant public markets experience, previously serving from September 2018 to August 2019 as Head of Corporate Strategy and Development at InflaRx, a German company publicly listed at NASDAQ and from May 2014 to August 2018, as the Global Head of Investor Relations at Advanced Accelerator Applications which he helped to take successfully public on NASDAQ, and through multiple financing rounds. The company was subsequently acquired by Novartis.

Jordan Silverstein holds a Bachelors in Business Administration and Finance from Champlain College.

Jürgen Richert

Vice President Information Technology

Jürgen Richert

Jürgen has served as Vice President of Information Technology at Immatics since January 2025. In this role, he leads the IT department and ensures that Immatics remains at the forefront of digitalization.

Before joining Immatics, Jürgen was Vice President of Business IT Unit Product Supply, Quality and Scientific R&D at BioNTech SE. He contributed to the company's growth by implementing application systems for global functions, manufacturing and R&D sites and building the SAP Center of Expertise with his team.

Prior to BioNTech, Jürgen held various leadership roles at Boehringer Ingelheim, where he led efforts to standardize processes and IT systems. His initiatives included deploying these solutions to Boehringer’s facilities worldwide and leading the development of the global SAP template.

Jürgen began his career at J&M Management Consulting AG (now part of EY), where he led supply chain management and IT projects.
Jürgen Richert holds a Diploma in Computer Science from Furtwangen University, Germany.

Kerry Sieger, M.A.

Vice President Global Quality Operations

Kerry Sieger, M.A.

Kerry Sieger joined Immatics in August 2015. As Vice President Global Quality Operations, she oversees all Quality activities related to ACT and TCER manufacturing; computer systems, equipment, method, process, and facility qualification/validation; and quality systems maintenance.

Kerry started her career in the lab at Baylor College of Medicine, then switched to industry when she joined Introgen Therapeutics, eventually becoming Quality Control Supervisor there. After a return stint in academia at MD Anderson Cancer Center, Kerry became Quality Assurance Manager at Novum Pharmaceutical Research Services in Houston. There she added knowledge of Good Clinical Practice to her expertise in Good Manufacturing Practice. After six years at Novum, Kerry came to Immatics as Senior Manager QA/QC.

Kerry Sieger holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Notre Dame and a Master’s degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology from Washington University in St. Louis.

Lauren Schroeder

Vice President Marketing

Lauren Schroeder

Lauren Schroeder joined Immatics in August 2024 and is responsible for the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives. Her role is crucial in ensuring the successful positioning of Immatics’ lead cell therapy product candidate, ACTengine® IMA203, driving market readiness and launch execution to maximize its impact on patients’ lives.

With nearly two decades of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, Lauren has a proven track record of eight major oncology drug launches. Notably, she played a major role in the groundbreaking approval of YESCARTA, the first-ever cell therapy for adults. Her career encompasses key roles with three innovative start-ups—Pharmacyclics (Abbvie), Kite Pharma (Gilead), and Mirati (BMS)—where she was instrumental in delivering transformative therapies to patients with critical needs.

As a recent cancer caregiver, Lauren’s personal experience has further fueled her dedication to advancing breakthrough treatments for solid tumor cancers, aligning her passion with Immatics’ mission to bring life-changing cell therapies to patients.

Lauren Schroeder has an MBA in Pharma Marketing from St. Joseph’s University.

Liane Preussner

Senior Vice President Clinical Development

Liane Preussner

Liane Preussner joined Immatics in January 2025 and is responsible for the clinical development division, including medical, pharmacovigilance, clinical science and data management functions.

Liane brings 15 years of experience in clinical development in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Most recently, she worked at BioNTech, where she was responsible for the clinical development of cell therapies (BNT211, CLDN6-CARTs) as well as personalized cancer vaccines (BNT122) for various solid tumors.

Her passion for cell therapies emerged during her time at Miltenyi Biotec where her teams brought several CAR T programs in hemato-oncology (CD19, CD20, CD2019) to the clinic. Liane has a broad understanding of the regulatory framework for advanced therapies, pharmacovigilance and clinical operations.

Liane Preussner holds a Medical Degree from the University of Cologne, Germany.

Mamta Kalra, Ph.D.

Vice President CMC Process and Analytical Development

Mamta Kalra, Ph.D.

Mamta Kalra joined Immatics in 2016 and is responsible for the manufacturing process and analytical development of autologous and allogeneic adoptive cell therapy programs.

Mamta has over 20 years of experience in the field of basic and applied Immunology with 13+ years in the field of cell and gene therapy. She completed her doctoral research in TB vaccine development before transitioning from Infectious Disease to Cancer Immunology in her postdoctoral years. Initially she studied immunomodulatory factors in HCV-related liver cancer followed by T-cell therapy of EBV-related cancers at the Center for Cell and Gene Therapy at Baylor College of Medicine. Mamta was instrumental in the process and analytical development for multiple adoptive T-cell therapy trials, including process optimization, potency testing of products and immune-monitoring.

Upon joining Immatics, she led the process development for the ACTengine® program and gradually expanded her contributions to encompass diverse activities under analytical development. In addition to manufacturing advancements, Mamta promoted product and platform development for various next-generation TCR-T programs.

Mamta Kalra holds a PhD in Immunology from Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research in India and a postdoctoral training in adoptive T-cell therapy from the Center for Cell and Gene Therapy at Baylor College of Medicine.

Michael Mølhøj, Ph.D.

Michael Mølhøj, Ph.D.

Michael Mølhøj joined Immatics in 2020 and heads the department of CMC Biologics. The department is responsible for all CMC aspects related to the pipeline of bispecific T-cell receptor engaging molecules (TCER®).

Michael brings 21+ years of Biotech/Pharma R&D experience (GLP/GMP) from leading developability assessments, process developments and analytical activities, to developing advanced bispecifics towards IND/IMPD submission and clinical testing. He has worked for Hoffmann-La Roche (Penzberg, Germany) as technical project leader of T-cell activating bispecific antibodies and mass spectrometry lab head. Prior to Roche, Michael worked for Micromet (now Amgen) and Scil Technology. Miriam Meyer joined Immatics in September 2009 and is Senior Director and Head of Regulatory Affairs in Europe.

Miriam began her carrier at Hexal AG in Holzkirchen where she started with Regulatory Affairs for classical generic products and later became the regulatory lead for the development of Hexal’s first biosimilar medicinal product. Thereafter, Miriam moved to GPC Biotech GmbH where she gained experience in the field of Regulatory Affairs for small molecules and biological products developed for cancer therapies. Since 2009 Miriam has been working for Immatics and signs responsible for strategic and operational Regulatory Affairs for the entire Immatics product pipeline developed in the EU.

Miriam completed her Ph.D. thesis in Molecular biology in the lab of Axel Ullrich at the Max-Planck-Institute of Biochemistry in Martinsried. She holds a Master of Drug Regulatory Affairs from the University Bonn and a Diploma in food chemistry from the University Kaiserslautern.

Nina Möker joined Immatics in October 2023 and is leading the development of Immatics’ proprietary allogeneic, off-the-shelf adoptive cell therapy platform based on gamma delta T cells sourced from healthy donors.

Nina has more than 15 years of experience in the biomedical industry, starting with small molecules and moving on to therapeutic antibodies before dedicating herself to cell and gene therapy. She is driven by the real potential that immune cell therapy holds for solid tumor cancers. Her current work as Development Lead is focused on the advancement of Immatics’ next generation ACTallo® pipeline and portfolio, including progressing preclinical projects and their translation into early-phase clinical trials.

Nina earned her Ph.D. in Biochemistry at the University of Cologne, Germany and subsequently completed a postdoctoral fellowship with the Novartis Institutes for Biomedical Research in Cambridge, MA, USA.

Norbert Hilf is heading the Department of Translational Development responsible for the transition of R&D projects into preclinical and finally clinical first-in-human stage. Further, his department is performing Project Management for internal programs as well as Industry Partnerships and oversees R&D Strategy and Communications, and Biosample Logistics. Norbert is also coordinating the development of Immatics’ global QM systems.

Since he joined Immatics in 2004, he engaged in R&D projects as a science-driven Immunologist. Norbert’s department gained expertise in the development of multi-peptide cancers vaccines, actively personalized immunotherapies, adoptive cellular therapies, and bispecific T-cell receptors - from the preclinical stage up to Phase I clinical trials.

Norbert Hilf studied biochemistry at the University of Tübingen and holds a doctoral degree in Biochemistry / Immunology. For his thesis, he joined Hans-Georg Rammensee’s group and worked on links between innate and adaptive immunity.

Oliver Schoor joined Immatics in 2005 and heads the Target Research Department dedicated to target discovery and validation.

Making use of the immune system to fight cancer has been the guiding theme of Oliver’s career. His initial role with Immatics focused on scientifically and technically strengthening Immatics’ proprietary XPRESIDENT® technology platform, which has been the source of true cancer targets for all of Immatics’ therapeutic approaches. Over time, Oliver held several different positions in project and alliance management for internal research programs as well as in the context of collaborations with the pharmaceutical industry and other external partners.

With more than 20 years of experience in biotech/pharma, Paula brings her expertise in building teams, scalable growth and intelligent product launches. She has positively impacted the lives of patients with cancer through the launch of six new molecular entities and numerous label expansions, most recent, axicabtagene ciloleucel (Yescarta®), the first cell therapy to be approved by the FDA for adults with large B-cell lymphoma.

Paula Franson is an Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse who spent the first decade of her career working in various oncology positions in the community and academic settings. She earned her graduate degree from Governors State University and nursing degree from Trinity Christian College.

Rainer Kramer has served as Chief Business Officer of Immatics since 2012.

Prior, he worked at Signature Diagnostics AG where he was member of the Management Board and Chief Business Officer. During his career, he has delivered numerous strategic partnerships and license deals encompassing technology and product deals as well as equity transactions with an aggregate value of more than $10 billion.

Rainer has worked in research, business and corporate functions with increasing responsibilities at Amgen Inc., MorphoSys AG, Jerini AG, Shire PLC and Signature Diagnostics AG. Further to his role at Immatics, Rainer is a non-executive director on the board of iOmx Therapeutics.

Sarah Missel joined Immatics in 2011, where she started as Scientist in Immunology and subsequently held several positions leading cross-functional teams in various internal and collaboration projects. Besides her tasks in Translational Development, she was responsible for R&D strategy and communications. Her current work as Development Lead, is focused on development and oversight of Immatics’ clinical and preclinical TCER® pipeline and portfolio. This includes the translation of preclinical projects into early phase clinical trials as well as leadership for clinical TCER® stage programs.

Sarah studied Pharmacy at the University of Würzburg and gathered some experience in clinical research at GSK. Her academic research at the Institute of Virology of TU/Helmholtz Centre Munich was focused on therapeutic HIV vaccines and immune monitoring in clinical trials.

Steffen Walter has served as Chief Operations Officer of Immatics since March 21, 2023. From 2005 to 2022, he served in various executive-level positions with Immatics, including as Chief Technology Officer, Chief Scientific Officer, as Vice President Immunology and as Director and Head of Immunology. Steffen established the Immatics US operations in Houston, Texas and contributed to its fundraising, including a $20 million Cancer Prevention and Research grant by the State of Texas.

Steffen leads Immatics’ Cell Therapy manufacturing and process development, US Operations and Administrations, as well as the Global Quality and Human Resources team. In addition to supporting the development of the XPRESIDENT® technology platform, under his initial leadership, Immatics developed its XCEPTOR® platforms to support the generation of TCR-based therapeutic modalities.

Toni oversees all of Immatics’ target discovery, bioinformatics and companion diagnostics activities as well as intellectual property. Prior to this, Carsten was International Medical Leader at Hoffmann-La Roche and Head of Clinical Development of Fresenius Biotech GmbH and held various academic medical positions and worked at the University of Tübingen and Max Planck Institute, Munich to complete his curriculum in Neurology.

Prior to that, Cedrik served as Vice President of Research and Development of BioNTech RNA Pharmaceuticals GmbH.

He brings over 20 years of expertise as an accomplished executive and lawyer, with an extensive background in corporate, securities and life sciences matters. He previously served as SVP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Abeona Therapeutics Inc. from July 2019 to February 2020. Prior to Abeona, he served as Global General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Advanced Accelerator Applications S.A., a Novartis company (AAA), from February 2016 to August 2018, where he was responsible for worldwide legal, compliance and intellectual property functions across 22 sites in 13 countries. Before joining AAA, he worked in the Corporate & Securities and Life Sciences departments of Greenberg Traurig LLP and Day Pitney LLP.

Ali Mohamed joined Immatics in May 2016 and is responsible for all aspects of process development and GMP manufacturing of Immatics T-cell products.

Previously, Ali held CMC related roles in multiple CMOs and clinical stage biotechnology companies in the field of cell & gene therapies. His previous role was at Hitachi PCT in Allendale NJ as senior director of GMP manufacturing and manufacturing development. Prior to joining Hitachi PCT, Ali held the role of director of GMP manufacturing and process development at AlloCure, a clinical stage company developing cell-based therapies for acute kidney injury. Prior to that Ali was the senior management of process development at Lonza in Walkersville, MD helping various cell therapy companies with developing cell-based products for various diseases. Ali also held scientist/senior scientist positions at a few small biotechnology companies including Neurologic (Rockville, MD), Psychiatric Genomics (Gaithersburg, MD), and Osiris Therapeutics (Baltimore, MD).

Andy Deig joined Immatics in March 2026 and brings over 18 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry.

Prior to joining Immatics, he served as Senior Vice President, Strategic Finance at Immunovant where he led strategic planning, facilitated equity financings of ~$0.9B, and oversaw the procurement function, which enabled significant growth of the organization and clinical development pipeline execution. Previously, as Vice President, FP&A and Chief of Staff to the CEO, he led financial planning, orchestrated executive leadership team operations, drove key corporate initiatives and spearheaded Board of Directors engagement. Prior to Immunovant, Andy spent over a decade at Eli Lilly and Company in progressive financial and commercial roles spanning R&D, manufacturing, marketing and sales.

Delfi Krishna joined Immatics in January 2021 and is responsible for the late-stage development of cell therapies. She leads a cross-functional medicine development team to bring autologous cell therapies to market.

Delfi has nearly 20 years of experience contributing to 15 biologics and 11 different cell therapies from discovery to commercialization. During her Ph.D. at Georgia Institute of Technology, she designed efficient and targeted retroviral and lentiviral vectors for gene delivery in human cells. After completing her postdoctoral research, Delfi joined GlaxoSmithKline, where she led large matrix teams to drive process development, product strategy and regulatory submissions for several monoclonal antibodies, domain antibodies and antibody drug conjugates. Delfi executed strategies to reduce costs, increase agility and shaped the technology, portfolio, organizational and talent strategy for the cell therapy business unit.

With over two decades of leadership experience in data, analytics and commercial strategy across the U.S. and European biopharmaceutical industries, Ernest has a proven track record of driving launch excellence and building high-performing teams in oncology, cell therapy and rare diseases. Jason Braun joined Immatics in January 2024 and is responsible for the commercial strategy of Immatics’ TCR-based product candidates.

Having worked in the biotech and pharma industry for 20+ years, Jason joins Immatics with considerable experience in the commercialization of oncology drug candidates. Throughout his career, Jason worked at several mid-to-large-size companies including Amgen, Dendreon, Pharmacyclics (Abbvie) and Kite Pharma (Gilead), among others. As Senior Director of Marketing, Hematology & Oncology at Kite, he led the US marketing team through the launch of YESCARTA™, the first autologous CAR-T therapy for adults with certain types of lymphoma. YESCARTA™ was granted FDA breakthrough designation and accelerated approval.

Jason has an MBA from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, a Masters in Engineering Management, Manufacturing and Operations from Northwestern University and a BsChE in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University.

Jeffrey Graybill

Jeffrey Graybill joined Immatics in July 2025 and is responsible for the commercialization activities within the Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls (CMC) department to support the launch of anzu-cel and portfolio cell therapy programs.

With over two decades of experience in CMC and Operations roles in biotechnology, Jeffrey plays a key role in developing patient-focused CMC strategies for the commercialization of late-stage cell therapy clinical programs. His career includes cross-functional program management and leadership roles across Amgen, Juno Therapeutics (BMS) and Cargo Therapeutics. He also played a key role in the launch and early lifecycle of Breyanzi, BMS’s first cell therapy, and looks forward to applying these experiences to future cell therapy products.

Jeffrey Graybill holds a bachelor’s degree in Biological Engineering from Louisiana State University and a master's degree in Bioscience from Keck Graduate Institute.

Jennifer Chang joined Immatics in April 2026 and is responsible for leading the launch strategy, planning and execution of its first anticipated commercial product, Anzu-cel (IMA-203). Her scope includes driving pre-launch readiness across key functions and launch activities with strategic alignment and operational excellence.

She brings more than 20 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry across commercialization and launch leadership, with deep experience in oncology and cell therapy. Jennifer has spent her career advancing healthcare through commercialization of innovative therapies and by building and leading high performing teams. Prior to joining Immatics, she held roles at Biogen, Gen Probe, GlaxoSmithKline, Amgen, PwC Health Industries Advisory and Iovance Biotherapeutics.

Jennifer Chang holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, an MPH from USC Keck School of Medicine and a B.S. in Biochemistry/Cell Biology from UCSD.

John Hermanek joined Immatics in April 2025 and is responsible for the company’s global planning and execution of all market access and government affairs activities as the company advances its TCR-based product candidates towards commercialization.

John is an accomplished commercial biopharmaceutical executive with over 20 years of leadership experience across the U.S. and global markets. He has led high-performing Commercial and Market Access teams focused on delivering impactful access solutions for patients and providers. His expertise spans pricing and reimbursement strategy, innovative contracting, payer marketing and health policy.

John brings a policy-informed perspective to market access, shaped by five years of public sector service with the State of Illinois and further developed in policy leadership roles at Amgen during key healthcare reform periods. Throughout his career, he has prioritized cross-functional collaboration and evidence planning to align payer needs with clinical value, supporting timely and appropriate access to new therapies across oncology, autoimmune, neurology and rare disease. His work is driven by a commitment to equitable access and outcomes-oriented strategies.

John Hermanek holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Northwestern University.

Kerry Sieger joined Immatics in August 2015. As Vice President Global Quality Operations, she oversees all Quality activities related to ACT and TCER manufacturing; computer systems, equipment, method, process, and facility qualification/validation; and quality systems maintenance.

Kerry started her career in the lab at Baylor College of Medicine, then switched to industry when she joined Introgen Therapeutics, eventually becoming Quality Control Supervisor there. After a return stint in academia at MD Anderson Cancer Center, Kerry became Quality Assurance Manager at Novum Pharmaceutical Research Services in Houston. There she added knowledge of Good Clinical Practice to her expertise in Good Manufacturing Practice. After six years at Novum, Kerry came to Immatics as Senior Manager QA/QC.

Kerry Sieger holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Notre Dame and a Master’s degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology from Washington University in St. Louis.

Lauren Schroeder joined Immatics in August 2024 and is responsible for the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives. Her role is crucial in ensuring the successful positioning of Immatics’ lead cell therapy product candidate, ACTengine® IMA203, driving market readiness and launch execution to maximize its impact on patients’ lives.

With nearly two decades of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, Lauren has a proven track record of eight major oncology drug launches. Notably, she played a major role in the groundbreaking approval of YESCARTA, the first-ever cell therapy for adults. Her career encompasses key roles with three innovative start-ups—Pharmacyclics (Abbvie), Kite Pharma (Gilead), and Mirati (BMS)—where she was instrumental in delivering transformative therapies to patients with critical needs.

As a recent cancer caregiver, Lauren’s personal experience has further fueled her dedication to advancing breakthrough treatments for solid tumor cancers, aligning her passion with Immatics’ mission to bring life-changing cell therapies to patients.

Lauren Schroeder has an MBA in Pharma Marketing from St. Joseph’s University.

Mamta Kalra, Ph.D.

Mamta Kalra joined Immatics in 2016 and is responsible for the manufacturing process and analytical development of autologous and allogeneic adoptive cell therapy programs.

Mamta has over 20 years of experience in the field of basic and applied Immunology with 13+ years in the field of cell and gene therapy. She completed her doctoral research in TB vaccine development before transitioning from Infectious Disease to Cancer Immunology in her postdoctoral years. Initially she studied immunomodulatory factors in HCV-related liver cancer followed by T-cell therapy of EBV-related cancers at the Center for Cell and Gene Therapy at Baylor College of Medicine. Mamta was instrumental in the process and analytical development for multiple adoptive T-cell therapy trials, including process optimization, potency testing of products and immune-monitoring.

Upon joining Immatics, she led the process development for the ACTengine® program and gradually expanded her contributions to encompass diverse activities under analytical development. In addition to manufacturing advancements, Mamta promoted product and platform development for various next-generation TCR-T programs.

Mamta Kalra holds a PhD in Immunology from Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research in India and a postdoctoral training in adoptive T-cell therapy from the Center for Cell and Gene Therapy at Baylor College of Medicine.

Paula Franson joined Immatics in November 2024 and is responsible for developing and executing the Medical Affairs strategy, ensuring alignment with global objectives and supporting the commercialization of our TCR-based product candidates.

With more than 20 years of experience in biotech/pharma, Paula brings her expertise in building teams, scalable growth and intelligent product launches. She has positively impacted the lives of patients with cancer through the launch of six new molecular entities and numerous label expansions, most recent, axicabtagene ciloleucel (Yescarta®), the first cell therapy to be approved by the FDA for adults with large B-cell lymphoma.

Paula Franson is an Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse who spent the first decade of her career working in various oncology positions in the community and academic settings. She earned her graduate degree from Governors State University and nursing degree from Trinity Christian College.

Zoe Coughlin joined Immatics in July 2015 and is responsible for leading the clinical manufacturing of multiple adoptive cell therapy programs for various solid cancers. In this role, she has helped guide all Immatics’ active clinical trials through pre-clinical development, IND approval, and patient treatment.

She brings to Immatics 10 years of experience in GMP manufacturing of cell and gene therapy products. Before joining Immatics, Zoe was a Senior Clinical Cell Therapy Specialist at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center involved in the manufacture and administration of multiple cell therapy products including the Sleeping Beauty transposon-based CAR-T program.

Zoe Coughlin holds a bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from Texas A&M University and a bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science from The University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. She also holds a master’s degree in Clinical Practice Management from Texas Tech University and maintains an MLS (ASCP)CM certification.

Andrea Mayer-Mokler joined Immatics in September 2005 and is responsible for Clinical Development and Clinical Operations in Europe.

Andrea has been in clinical development/operations all her professional life with increasing responsibilities. After University she joined Merck Sharp & Dohme working as Manager Clinical Research on various indications. Thereafter she moved to Igeneon and entered the field of cancer immunotherapies. 14 years ago, Andrea joined Immatics as the first Clinical Study Director being responsible for several international cancer vaccine trials and leading the cross-functional project teams. She is currently responsible for clinical development of the ACT trials which are being conducted in US and Europe and clinical operations in Europe.

Andrea Mayer-Mokler holds a PhD in Tumor biology and Oncology from the Medical University of Vienna, a Master of Biotechnology from the University of Agricultural Sciences of Vienna and a MBA from the Webster University, Vienna, Austria.

Claudia joined Immatics in 2012. She is a passionate leader in cancer research, dedicating her career to harnessing the power of the immune system to combat diseases. Claudia is a part of the Discovery Unit leadership team at Immatics, shaping research and innovation.

In her role, she focuses on the development of novel T-cell receptor (TCR) based immunotherapies for cancer treatment. She is responsible for TCR discovery on the XCEPTOR® platform. With multiple teams in her two departments "TCR Delivery and Validation", she covers platform development, TCR identification and characterization, cell engineering approaches for adoptive cell therapy as well as IND-enabling efficacy and safety studies.

Claudia holds an M.Sc. in Biomedicine and a Ph.D. in Immunology from the Karolinska Institute, Sweden and completed a postdoctoral training in Immunobiology at Yale University, USA.

Dominik Maurer joined Immatics Biotechnologies GmbH in 2008.

For over 15 years, Dominik has been a leader in the field of cancer immunotherapy, specializing in human T-cell biology. He invented and developed Immatics' T-Cell Receptor (TCR) technology platform, XCEPTOR®, alongside his team. This platform enables the rapid and efficient discovery, engineering, and qualification of numerous high-affinity, high-specificity TCRs for use in Adoptive Cell Therapies (i.e., ACTengine® and ACTallo®) or TCER® bispecifics.

Dominik co-leads the Immatics Discovery Unit, where he shapes research and innovation. He is the inventor of over 25 patents and patent applications and has co-authored more than 10 publications in peer-reviewed journals, including Nature, Nature Medicine, Science Immunology, Immunity, and Lancet Oncology.

Dominik Maurer gained his Ph.D. in Immunology from the University of Tübingen, Germany.

Ephraim Hofsäß joined Immatics in December 2019. His responsibilities include Internal Controls System management in accordance with SOX404 and tax compliance.

Ephraim has been focusing on financial reporting and taxation during his professional life. Before joining Immatics, he worked as a Manager in the Assurance department at Ernst&Young, overseeing both financial audits of listed and non-listed companies as well as accounting advisory services.

Ephraim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Marburg and a Master’s degree in Accounting and Taxation from the University of Mannheim. During his time at Ernst&Young, he also held the German CPA (Wirtschaftsprüfer).

Jens Fritsche

Jens Fritsche

Jens joined Immatics in April 2007 and heads the Bioinformatics Department which contributes to Immatics’ preclinical and clinical research by providing expertise in data and analytics. He is a part of the Discovery Unit leadership team at Immatics, shaping research and innovation.

Jens introduced quantitative immunopeptidomics to XPRESIDENT® a decade ago. Since then, he and his team have continuously extended Immatics' immunoinformatics platform XCUBE™ with cutting-edge methods from computational mass-spectrometry and next-generation sequencing while facilitating ongoing data growth and value generation using data engineering and data science.

Jens is an inventor on many patents and co-authored publications in the cancer immunology field in prestigious peer-reviewed journals including Nature, Lancet Oncology and Immunological Reviews. He studied computer science (Bioinformatics) at the University of Tuebingen, Germany.

Jürgen Richert

Jürgen Richert

Jürgen has served as Vice President of Information Technology at Immatics since January 2025. In this role, he leads the IT department and ensures that Immatics remains at the forefront of digitalization.

Before joining Immatics, Jürgen was Vice President of Business IT Unit Product Supply, Quality and Scientific R&D at BioNTech SE. He contributed to the company's growth by implementing application systems for global functions, manufacturing and R&D sites and building the SAP Center of Expertise with his team.

Prior to BioNTech, Jürgen held various leadership roles at Boehringer Ingelheim, where he led efforts to standardize processes and IT systems. His initiatives included deploying these solutions to Boehringer’s facilities worldwide and leading the development of the global SAP template.

Jürgen began his career at J&M Management Consulting AG (now part of EY), where he led supply chain management and IT projects.
Jürgen Richert holds a Diploma in Computer Science from Furtwangen University, Germany.

Nina Möker joined Immatics in October 2023 and is leading the development of Immatics’ proprietary allogeneic, off-the-shelf adoptive cell therapy platform based on gamma delta T cells sourced from healthy donors.

Nina has more than 15 years of experience in the biomedical industry, starting with small molecules and moving on to therapeutic antibodies before dedicating herself to cell and gene therapy. She is driven by the real potential that immune cell therapy holds for solid tumor cancers. Her current work as Development Lead is focused on the advancement of Immatics’ next generation ACTallo® pipeline and portfolio, including progressing preclinical projects and their translation into early-phase clinical trials.

Nina earned her Ph.D. in Biochemistry at the University of Cologne, Germany and subsequently completed a postdoctoral fellowship with the Novartis Institutes for Biomedical Research in Cambridge, MA, USA.

Norbert Hilf, Ph.D.

Norbert Hilf is heading the Department of Translational Development responsible for the transition of R&D projects into preclinical and finally clinical first-in-human stage. Further, his department is performing Project Management for internal programs as well as Industry Partnerships and oversees R&D Strategy and Communications, and Biosample Logistics. Norbert is also coordinating the development of Immatics’ global QM systems.

Since he joined Immatics in 2004, he engaged in R&D projects as a science-driven Immunologist. Norbert’s department gained expertise in the development of multi-peptide cancers vaccines, actively personalized immunotherapies, adoptive cellular therapies, and bispecific T-cell receptors - from the preclinical stage up to Phase I clinical trials.

Norbert Hilf studied biochemistry at the University of Tübingen and holds a doctoral degree in Biochemistry / Immunology. For his thesis, he joined Hans-Georg Rammensee’s group and worked on links between innate and adaptive immunity.

Oliver Schoor joined Immatics in 2005 and heads the Target Research Department dedicated to target discovery and validation.

Making use of the immune system to fight cancer has been the guiding theme of Oliver’s career. His initial role with Immatics focused on scientifically and technically strengthening Immatics’ proprietary XPRESIDENT® technology platform, which has been the source of true cancer targets for all of Immatics’ therapeutic approaches. Over time, Oliver held several different positions in project and alliance management for internal research programs as well as in the context of collaborations with the pharmaceutical industry and other external partners.

Oliver Schoor holds a Diploma in Biochemistry and a Ph.D. in Immunology from the University of Tübingen.

Sarah Missel, Ph.D.

Sarah Missel joined Immatics in 2011, where she started as Scientist in Immunology and subsequently held several positions leading cross-functional teams in various internal and collaboration projects. Besides her tasks in Translational Development, she was responsible for R&D strategy and communications. Her current work as Development Lead, is focused on development and oversight of Immatics’ clinical and preclinical TCER® pipeline and portfolio. This includes the translation of preclinical projects into early phase clinical trials as well as leadership for clinical TCER® stage programs.

Sarah studied Pharmacy at the University of Würzburg and gathered some experience in clinical research at GSK. Her academic research at the Institute of Virology of TU/Helmholtz Centre Munich was focused on therapeutic HIV vaccines and immune monitoring in clinical trials.
Sarah Missel holds a State Exam in Pharmacy and a PhD in Pharmacology/Immunology/Virology from LMU and Helmholtz Centre Munich.

Anja Urban

Anja Urban

Anja Urban joined Immatics in July 2021 and is responsible for clinical trial leadership and strategy within Clinical Operations. She also serves as a Clinical Operations Lead for the late-stage development of anzu-cel (IMA203).

Previously, Anja supported clinical trials in the field of clinical operations when she started working for a central imaging CRO. She then moved on to several full-service CROs, where she managed complex oncology projects. She has also worked in account management and business development, supporting pharmaceutical companies in implementing clinical trials.

Anja Urban completed training as a physician assistant and as a medical technical assistant in radiology.

Claudia Blattner joined Immatics in September 2015. Her responsibilities include the full range of Immatics’ Business Development and Partnering efforts.

Claudia joined Immatics from Novumed Life Sciences Consulting (now part of EY), where she held a position as consultant focusing on the generation of business insights and the development of strategic growth opportunities for Biotech and Pharma companies.

Claudia previously spent several years at the Scripps Research Institute in La Jolla, CA, USA conducting research aimed at the development of vaccines for HIV.

Claudia Blattner holds a PhD in Biochemistry from the Ludwig-Maximilians University Munich and a Diploma in Chemistry from the Albert-Ludwigs University in Freiburg.

Liane Preussner joined Immatics in January 2025 and is responsible for the clinical development division, including medical, pharmacovigilance, clinical science and data management functions.

Liane brings 15 years of experience in clinical development in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Most recently, she worked at BioNTech, where she was responsible for the clinical development of cell therapies (BNT211, CLDN6-CARTs) as well as personalized cancer vaccines (BNT122) for various solid tumors.

Her passion for cell therapies emerged during her time at Miltenyi Biotec where her teams brought several CAR T programs in hemato-oncology (CD19, CD20, CD2019) to the clinic. Liane has a broad understanding of the regulatory framework for advanced therapies, pharmacovigilance and clinical operations.

Liane Preussner holds a Medical Degree from the University of Cologne, Germany.

Michael Mølhøj joined Immatics in 2020 and heads the department of CMC Biologics. The department is responsible for all CMC aspects related to the pipeline of bispecific T-cell receptor engaging molecules (TCER®).

Michael brings 21+ years of Biotech/Pharma R&D experience (GLP/GMP) from leading developability assessments, process developments and analytical activities, to developing advanced bispecifics towards IND/IMPD submission and clinical testing. He has worked for Hoffmann-La Roche (Penzberg, Germany) as technical project leader of T-cell activating bispecific antibodies and mass spectrometry lab head. Prior to Roche, Michael worked for Micromet (now Amgen) and Scil Technology. He is a co-inventor of multiple patents and patent applications related to a range of therapeutic bispecific antibodies, bispecific antibody molecular formats, and analytical methods. Additionally, he has co-authored over 30 publications in international peer-reviewed journals.

Michael holds a Master’s degree and a Ph.D. from the Faculty of Life Sciences at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark. A proud contributor to approved Faricimab (Vabysmo; VEGF-A-Ang2 CrossMab) and Glofitamab (Columvi; CD20-TCB).

Miriam Meyer joined Immatics in September 2009 and is Senior Director and Head of Regulatory Affairs in Europe.

Miriam began her carrier at Hexal AG in Holzkirchen where she started with Regulatory Affairs for classical generic products and later became the regulatory lead for the development of Hexal’s first biosimilar medicinal product. Thereafter, Miriam moved to GPC Biotech GmbH where she gained experience in the field of Regulatory Affairs for small molecules and biological products developed for cancer therapies. Since 2009 Miriam has been working for Immatics and signs responsible for strategic and operational Regulatory Affairs for the entire Immatics product pipeline developed in the EU.

Miriam completed her Ph.D. thesis in Molecular biology in the lab of Axel Ullrich at the Max-Planck-Institute of Biochemistry in Martinsried. She holds a Master of Drug Regulatory Affairs from the University Bonn and a Diploma in food chemistry from the University Kaiserslautern.
