Your mission
Es erwartet Sie ein vielfältiges Aufgabenspektrum:
- Verantwortung für ausgewählte End-to-End Recruiting-Prozesse (Bedarfsklärung, Stellenausschreibung, Selektion von Bewerbungen, Durchführung von Interviews, Gehaltsverhandlungen) unter Sicherstellung einer positiven Candidate Experience
- Entwicklung einer jeweils optimalen Recruiting-Strategie in Hinblick auf die Auswahl entsprechender Recruiting-Kanäle und -Maßnahmen
- Briefing und Steuerung externer Personaldienstleister für ausgewählte Vakanzen
- Zentrale Ansprechperson für die Fachbereiche und Kandidat*innen während des gesamten Prozesses bis zum ersten Arbeitstag
- Durchführung von Active Sourcing-Aktivitäten zur Identifikation und Direktansprache geeigneter Kandidat*innen sowie Aufbau von Talentpools
Your profile
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal
- Fundierte Erfahrung mit Inhouse-Recruiting, idealerweise im Biotech- oder Pharmaumfeld
- Souveränes Auftreten sowie die Fähigkeit, auf unterschiedliche Persönlichkeiten einzugehen
- Ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz und Diskretion
- Sie verfügen über eine sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise und arbeiten gerne serviceorientiert
- Sicherer Umgang mit Bewerbermanagementsystemen, idealerweise Personio oder Workday
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
