Overview

We are currently seeking a QM Coordinator* in part-time (20 hours/ week) to strengthen our CQA/ QMS department. You will work in Tübingen (Germany) in an interdisciplinary environment with colleagues from Germany and Houston (TX).

You take on administrative tasks in the area of document management and the quality management system. Through your pro-active thinking and acting, your organizational skills and your commitment, you contribute to the team's success.

The position is initially limited to one year.

 

Your mission

Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following tasks:

 

• Maintenance and administration of the QM databases
• Support of the CQA/ QMS team in organizational and administrative tasks
• Filing/ archiving of documents and folders
• Coordination of the Immatics archive

Your profile

• Forward-thinking, structured approach   
• Affinity for documents and databases    
• Personal responsibility     
• Ability to work in a team    
• Experience in the administrative field is an advantage     
• Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken    
• Good knowledge of common computer applications (MS Office)
