Overview
We are currently seeking a Manager Medical Engagement* to support our global multidisciplinary medical team. Your analytical reasoning and action-oriented style as well as your organization and communication skills will contribute to the team’s success. The position is located preferentially in Munich or Tübingen, or home based in Germany.
Your mission
Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following tasks:
- Navigating scientific-medical communication and interactions with internal and external customers, key organizations, and institutions
- Orchestrating activities including publication planning, conference attendances and educational activities in close alignment with the Communications department
- Driving data generation of externally sponsored research projects (pre-clinical/ translational studies, IITs)
- Managing resources and budget; forecast accuracy within area of responsibility
Your profile
You hold a degree in medicine, biology, pharmacy, chemistry or another biomedical life sciences degree. Ideally, you have 2+ years of experience in the biotech/ pharmaceutical industry. Your motivation is driven by a strong interest in medicine, science, drug development and making a difference for cancer patients. You have excellent communication skills in German and English (spoken and written).
