Clinical Trial Associate*

Overview
We are currently seeking a Clinical Trial Associate* to strengthen our Clinical Operations department. You will work in an interdisciplinary environment with colleagues from Germany and Houston (TX). Your analytical reasoning and action-oriented style as well as your organization and communication skills will contribute to the team’s success. The position can be located in Tübingen or Munich (Germany).
Your mission
Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following tasks:
  • Oversight of in-house and outsourced TMF set-up and maintenance
  • TMF Quality Control Involvement
  • Preparation of Investigator Site File Template
  • Support to the GCP compliant clinical trial planning, conduct and oversight of clinical trials, incl. but not limited to:
    • Set-up and maintenance of tracking tools
    • Report preparation
    • Preparation, review or perform QC of trial documents
  • Support to the administration of clinical trials, incl. but not limited to:
    • Meeting organization
    • Preparation of meeting minutes
    • Coordinating review processes and signature rounds
    • Printing / arranging printing service 
  • Organization of investigator grant payments
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, guidance documents and training material
Your profile
You hold a Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in a life science/medical field or you have a comparable education. You gained at least 2 years working experience in the clinical research area of a pharmaceutical/biotech company. In addition, you have demonstrated skills in working with Microsoft Office and clinical trial systems (i.e., eTMF, CTMS). ICH-GCP knowledge is a plus.
 
We expect a high degree of independent working, analytical reasoning and very good communication skills in German and English (written and spoken). You embrace rapidly changing requirements with an open mind, think outside the box and show a high degree of flexibility in an environment which is marked by a constant striving for excellence. You approach tasks in a structured, reliable and foresighted manner, combined with an elevated level of individual responsibility, enthusiasm and strong social skills.
