We are currently seeking a
(Senior) Scientist Immunology CMC – TCR Bispecifics (f/m/d)
to support our team in the development of innovative immunotherapeutic products.
You will work in Tuebingen (Germany) in an interdisciplinary environment with colleagues from all research as well as business development and intellectual property departments. Your analytical reasoning and action-oriented style as well as your organizational skills will contribute to the team’s success.
The Immatics TCR Engineering & Bispecifics team modifies and optimizes membrane-bound T-cell receptors for immunotherapeutic application. Based on soluble and affinity-maturated T-cell receptors we generate a pipeline of highly potent bispecific T-cell engaging receptor (TCER®) therapeutics. Your main responsibilities within this team will include but are not limited to the following tasks:
- Develop, establish and verify strategies for industry-scale and state-of-the-art chromatographic protein purification, quality control and formulation of TCER® molecules
- Tech-transfer of analytics and strategies
- Scientific interaction with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs)
- Professional leadership and management of lab operations and staff
- Development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quality Management support
You hold a PhD degree in life sciences or an equivalent in bioprocessing and ideally have relevant industry experience. You are familiar with Äkta™ and Unicorn™. You are conversant with ProtA, CEX, HIC, MMC, RP and SEC. Optionally you already got in touch with Chromeleon™, cell-based potency assays, DoE, (nano)DSF and formulation development. You are able to lead a lab team with passion and have the desire to evolve in a laboratory-focused role.

You have excellent communication skills, both in English and German.
