We are currently seeking a
Scientist Translational Development (f/m/d)
to support our team in the research and development of innovative immunotherapeutic products.
You will work in Tuebingen (Germany) in an interdisciplinary environment with colleagues from all R&D departments and preclinical/ clinical development. Your analytical reasoning and action-oriented style as well as your organization and communication skills will contribute to the team’s success.
Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following tasks:
- Scientific project management: With your scientific knowledge and organizational skills, you will support the management and implementation of research and development projects. You will coordinate the cooperation of all departments involved ‒ also bridging locations ‒ and interface with external partners in research collaborations.
- Translational Science: You will be involved in the transition from research projects to clinical development. In addition, you will independently research a wide range of topics based on scientific literature and support the preparation of clinical and regulatory study documents. You will also compile research results in a suitable form for internal use and external presentations.
You hold a PhD degree in life sciences, biotechnology, medicine, pharmacy or have been comparably educated and proven your scientific excellence and your ability to account for complex projects. Ideally, you have gained insights into the product development of antibodies or other biologics or immunotherapies. Knowledge of protein biochemistry, immunology and/ or oncology is an advantage. Your scientific skills and experience and your excellent communication skills enable you to successfully contribute to interdisciplinary projects as part of a team and to advance collaborations with international partners from pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
You are interested in translating scientific findings into clinical applications. You cherish to be challenged to deal intensively with data and publications from various areas, to subsequently develop concepts and solutions as well as to present and implement them in a convincing manner. You enjoy coordinating interdisciplinary teams and you take careful editing and documenting of your results for granted.
