We are currently seeking a
Scientist Single-Cell Analysis/ Microfluidics (f/m)
to support our Immunology team in the development of new tools for T-cell receptor (TCR) identification and characterization.
You will work in Tuebingen in an interdisciplinary environment with scientists from all R&D departments within Immatics. Your analytical reasoning and action-oriented style as well as your organizational skills will contribute to the team’s success.
Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following tasks:
- Set-up of a single-cell analysis method to advance our TCR identification process
- Design, support and analyze experiments
- Internal and external communication of results
- Optimize the single-cell analysis technology and implement in the current work-flow
- Write and review standard operating procedures
- Supervise and interact with project team members
You hold a PhD degree in life sciences and have previous experience and expertise in single-cell analysis/ microfluidics and corresponding techniques/ tools. You have in-depth understanding of cell biology and immunology, ideally in the context of T-cell immunology and immuno-oncology. Further experience in cell-based cytotoxicity assays, multicolor flow cytometry or multiplex cytokine analysis is desired. You are able to lead a small lab team and have a desire to continue in a laboratory-focused role.

You are conversant with the establishment of quality assurance systems and you take careful editing and documenting of your results for granted.
