We are currently seeking a
Scientist Immunology (f/m/d) TCR Engineering and Bispecifics
to support our team in the development of innovative immunotherapeutic products.
You will work in Tuebingen (Germany) in an interdisciplinary environment with colleagues from all Research as well as Business Development and Intellectual Property departments. Your analytical reasoning and action-oriented style as well as your organizational skills will contribute to the team’s success.
The TCR Engineering & Bispecifics team modifies membrane-bound T-cell receptors for the application in different immunological approaches. One of these utilizes soluble and affinity-maturated T-cell receptors as building blocks for the generation of soluble and highly potent bispecific T-cell engaging receptor (TCER®) molecules. Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following tasks:
- Design, produce, purify and analyze bispecific T-cell engaging receptors according to developability and potency
- Analyze and evaluate T-cell engaging molecules with respect to efficacy and mode-of-action in in vitro assay systems
- Professional leadership and management of lab operations and staff
- Support Quality Management including developing and reviewing of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
You hold a PhD degree in life sciences. You have a proven track record and hands-on experience in engineering of multi-specific T-cell engaging molecules. Ideally, you have also experience with assay systems analyzing T-cell activation and T-cell-dependent target cell killing. Optionally, you are able to lead a lab team with passion and have the desire to evolve in a laboratory-focused role.
We expect a high degree of independent working and analytical reasoning and you take careful editing and documenting of your results for granted. You have excellent communication skills, both in English and German.
